It sures seems like there isn't any group investigating this murder, including the Chicago Police, the community of Trinity United Church, the MSM, Crime Investigation channels....no one seems to be interested in reporting, or even mentioning this murder of Donald Young. This gentleman was shot execution style on 12/23/2007 while Obama was still a member of the congregation. No interest in reporting on the non-progress in this three bullet to the head murder of the TUC of Chicago choir director.
As an American I would gladly roast marshmallows in that fire.
How to find a needle in a haystack?
Burn it down.

I would gladly see riots in America, I would be immensely satisfied to see the Obama supporters wage war against truth, liberty and the Constitution and be arrested, tried and sent to prison.
I would gladly see all of that than face an usurper in the Whitehouse.
Usually the most difficult is the right choice.
Maybe many of the folks marching in DC for Life might also take to the steps of the Supreme Court to have our voices heard?
And that's the genius of this socialist takeover, that we can't remove him without causing serious harm to the country. On the other hand, we have to risk an Obama presidency that could very well cause serious harm. But at least there are tools and traditions to fall back on when dealing with presidents.
Four years is a long time. I think Obama will figure this out. The stock market has shown no confidence in Obama. When the economy tailspins, this lack of leadership should be showcased to Americans.
They were asked NOT to do that. They were asked to take the case from the lower court. They said no.
This nation suffers from a serious malady; however, it’s one that could be quickly cured with the liberal application of tar and feathers.
Yep. My question is: How bad does it have to get before average joe American says, "Enough!" and starts to apply those tar and feathers???

Whoever meets the legal requirements to establish standing, one of which is that the damages have to be real and concrete, not hypothetical. So what are the damages Berg has suffered in this case?

Looks like the Birthers are gaining credible support.
First, they get a man who thinks that Bush and Cheney carried our the 911 Terrorist Attacks.
Now they have a man who believes that pterodactyls are still flying over our heads.
In terms of standing, a BIG question is: Who is damaged?
Any citizen in theory can say that, but then any one person could upset the apple cart.
So, in theory, I’d shorten that list to either: 1) the Electors who were forced to cast their vote on Dec. 15, or 2) Presidential and/or Vice Presidential Candidates who were damaged.
SO that would involve:
- Orly’s Lightfoot case (08A524)
- Berg’s first case (08-570 — with an elector named in the Granted amicus)
- Pidgeon’s case (pending to be filed after being denied by the Washington State SC)
Standing via a Timing standpoint, I would think at this point, it would be the counting of the EC votes on Jan 8, or the actual swearing in on Jan 20.
However, I have two questions:
1) Do we yet know why Alito wasn’t at Wednesday’s SCOTUS meeting?
2) What’s wrong with this Order from the Third Circuit of Appeals regarding Berg’s case (2-08-cv-04083)?:
