A handgun can be kept under the bed freeing up valuable closet space.
Handguns are never gas operated.
A handgun reloads FAST.
Handguns are always there when you need them.
A handgun can always be changed to a bigger caliber.
After a handgun fires once, it doesn't roll over and go to sleep and refuse to fire again if you need it to.
If a handgun becomes dysfunctional, you can exchange it for one that works at no cost to you.
