I am still getting my orders within a week or so. If I order on say Sunday, it usually ships by Monday or Tuesday.
I do note though that some are quite a ways out, but I think that is because of the vendors, not because of Amazon.
You have to be careful when ordering now- I’ve noticed that they sneak in the option to set up recurring purchases if you aren’t pay8ng attention. You have to scroll down now and choose “one time payment” if you don’t want automatic repurchases.

Tried to purchase a "Home Office" printer a month ago. Same problem as 4Runner. Switched from Canon to Epson; got it the next day.
C'mon, give credit where credit is due. Getting some items much quicker is worth the $139.
