Poor choices on parent’s part. Shame on them for not respecting and using their doctors and instead relying upon this “trendy” fad for rich people.
Yeah. As if doctors in this country are covering themselves in glory for their wisdom, competence and integrity.
“Contraindicated” treatment was the only thing that saved people from dying in the hospital killing fields during the recent Plandemic/Dempanic.
I first used a midwife over 30 years ago, so it is not something new.
The problem is the same with midwives and physician’s assistants: they do not always know when they are in over their heads. Because they are the professionals, patients trust them.
What are people supposed to do? You hire a professional and then Monday-morning quarter-back them? No, because their expertise is why you hire them instead of just looking it up online.
That being said, I had a pregnancy where the midwives should have referred me to a high-risk pregnancy doctor. By the time I figured out what to do, it was too late.
We need to have stronger boundaries as to when PAs and midwives have to involve actual doctors.
In all truth though, I'd bet the physicians working for this start-up are the best that money can buy.
Just because I'm forced to go see a doctor who graduated from the Congo Doctor School and doesn't speak English doesn't mean that Chelsea Clinton has to do this.
