AFL Lawsuit Reveals Shocking Internal Emails from HHS Meetings with “Gender Affirming Care Providers,” Discussing How to Leverage Federal Power to Evade State Legislation Banning Mutilation of Children
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal revealed more shocking documents obtained from its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), including internal emails from Assistant Secretary for Health “Rachel” Levine. These emails reveal that the Biden Administration has taken behind-the-scenes meetings with “gender affirming care providers” in states that have banned these experimental medical practices and have promised to leverage the power of the federal government to stop states from enacting these important health measures.
Notably, as described in the documents below, Assistant Secretary Levine shared “heartfelt concern for our LGBTI+ community in Idaho,” and stated, “We are continuing to push this issue nationally and will keep you up to date with our plans.”
AFL obtained these documents through litigation against HHS to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for Assistant Secretary Levine’s communications regarding pediatric “transgender clinics,” otherwise known as the genital mutilation and sterilization of America’s children. This is the second set of documents AFL has made public from this lawsuit.
As background, in March of 2023, HHS Assistant Secretary Levine stated that socially and medically transitioning children to a “different sex” had support “at the highest levels of the federal government,” including President Biden, and that anyone that dared to question the wisdom or safety of such experiments on children was “ideologically and politically motivated.” These new records provide greater detail on precisely how the federal government is advancing this agenda behind closed doors with advocates.
“Listening Session with Gender Affirming Care Providers in Idaho” in June 2022:
On June 3, 2022, Assistant Secretary Levine received an email from Ingrid Ulrey, the HHS Regional Director, about a meeting that took place between Ulrey and “gender affirming care providers in Idaho,” regarding proposed legislation (that was passed a year later), which would prevent doctors from prescribing minors with radical chemical castration drugs or performing genital mutilation surgeries in the State of Idaho.
In the email, Ulrey tells Levine that her “heart goes out to our LGBTQ brothers and sisters in Idaho and their health care providers,” presumably because of the Idaho law that would have prevented genital mutilation and chemical castration of minors. She added that it was “rough for [the LQBTQ community] and many fear for their safety”–again, in the context of the discussion of a bill that prevents genital mutilation and chemical castration of children.
Ulrey explained, in her view, the problems associated with a perceived shortage of doctors who would provide these mutilating services, as well as the high costs for such services if they are not subsidized by insurance. She explained that only “one provider is providing GAC to [a] large state prison population.” She notably mentions that “there are a small number of other providers, some also wanted to come to this meeting but felt too intimidated, want to remain below the radar.”
The “gender-affirming care providers,” seem to have provided Ulrey with exact definitions of “gender-affirming care” and disturbingly include “Legal – Remove barriers. Parental consent is currently required from 1 parent, or 2 parents if divorced.” Put differently, a high-ranking official in the Department of Health and Human Services, after meeting with these advocates, sent forward a definition of “gender affirming care” that includes the removal of parental consent as though it was a condition of achieving “gender affirming care”:

Russia is a very rich country, they’re doing very well, economy is better than ever. They’ve built new factories churning out tanks and other mil hardware. Puntin’s popularity is around 80+%. Food is cheap and plentiful. Families and children are encouraged, and the LBQSTWTF movement is listed as a terrorist organization and and “gay” and pedo propaganda is illegal. And Russia refuses to go along with the international banking cartel, or any globalism at all. Russia is a dire threat to the “New World Order” just be its existence.
This is why the “west” hates Russia. Not because they want to encroach into Europe, which is a lie. Russia wants the borders set by NATO to be respected, I think it was the Minsk agreement that mandated that the countries bordering Russia were to remain neutral; ie not NATO members.
“wedded to” and “unjustified” are two sides of something that runs extremely deep. I don’t fault the Russians for attempting to take care of a problem that was very clearly growing since 2014 but their abject failure to prepare and execute their solution with anything remotely approaching finesse is an enormous contribution to the shitshow that is now.
That Ukraine was and is a hub of western corruption, that they are a festering boil of Pagan Nazism and that they had many repurposed biological facilities clearly engaged in both general and Slavic centric biological weapons research is not reasonably disputable (budgetary line item for Covid 19 associated funding before the virus was even publicly referred to as that?!?!).
Viewing this in the rear view mirror, it probably would have been far cheaper for Russia to have just bought the provinces (like before financialization and ideological fanaticism disincentivized great power deals).
It may not be classically intuitive that Russia entering Ukraine is a good idea, but last ~20 years intuition seems to indicate that it was spot-on. SOMETHING (i.e. Globalists/Elites/Deep State) is all in on having both Russia and the United States being terminally drained psychologically, financially and militarily. I’ve a few ideas/theories about who and how that plays out, but not nearly enough time to put together the book that would explain my reasoning :-(

I don’t see Russia as friend or foe to the US at the moment but our internal enemies are doing such a nasty job of destroying this wonderful country. I do see China as a foe trying to buy and own us.

Do you really believe that these globalist elites could/would strike at Russia through Ukraine? With what? Ukraine's military was pitiful at the start of the war. They have captured more Russian tanks than they began the war with. The only reason Ukraine has lasted this long is Western help and Russian incompetence.
Again, do you think this justifies a war of conquest against Ukraine by Russia? How about Moldavia, Romania, and Poland? That is what it will take for the Russians to plug the Bessarabian and Polish gaps.
Then we turn to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Is it OK to invade them? Or is it only OK to invade Ukraine because it's not a member of NATO?

China only really worries me for the next ten years or so. They have monstrous internal political and economic problems as I have detailed before on this thread.
At the moment, I don't think the CCP (Xi Jinpooh) has faith in the PLA, PLAN, PLAAF, and the Rocket forces' ability to carry through a successful attack on Taiwan. They simply don't know if their people and equipment can do the job.
It is very worrying when you find water in the fuel tanks of your strategic rocket force missiles. What else will not function as advertised?

I’ve spent a lot of time reading about the invasion of Ukraine since the day before it happened, listened to Putin and Lavrov (foreign minister) detail the operation, motives, and also Lavrov’s speech about the idea of global soveriengty (each nation deciding their own way, and national sovereignty without large countries dominating others. Also for the first 1 1/2 years or so read a lot of blow by blow war info, which I tired of. My .02 - Russia would have done better to git er done much quicker. But the reason they did not was to be careful to avoid civilian deaths. So that is admirable. From what I gather, Russia did not expect that the corrupt western countries, esp. the US, would continue to finance and arm Ukraine the way they have.

When the USSR broke up Russia maintained the right to use its base in Crimea and the Ukrainian government was friendly enough to rely on that remaining the case.
The CIA coup was meant to put a regime hostile to Russia in power that would expel the Russian fleet from Crimea and install a NATO fleet as a dagger to Russia’s throat. (along with all the other ways Ukraine was going to be used as a NATO base from which to attack Russia)

America First Legal Sends Legal Demand Letter Warning Northwestern University About the Consequences for Violating Federal Law to Appease Pro-Hamas Faculty and Students
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) notified Northwestern University President Michael Schill that his shameful decision to appease lawless, violent pro-Hamas protestors by entering into the “Agreement on Deering Meadow” violates multiple federal laws. As detailed in the letter, under this “agreement,” Northwestern violates:
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d. This section provides that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Northwestern University is one of many American higher education institutions infected with pro-Hamas protestors, many of whom may be foreign nationals. At Northwestern, a coalition of radical leftists and Islamists have banded together to support Hamas, celebrate the October 7, 2023 atrocities, and launch a coordinated program of intimidation and harassment against Jewish and Israeli students. Violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the University has not punished the perpetrators of these acts.
Instead, on April 29, 2024, Northwestern published an “Agreement on Deering Meadow” to “help ensure that the violence and escalation we have seen elsewhere does not happen here at Northwestern,” protect “the safety of our entire community and…free expression,” and provide “support for our Muslim, Arab and Palestinian students.”
Specifically, the University has promised to “support visiting Palestinian faculty and students” by “funding two faculty per year for two years and by providing full cost of attendance for five Palestinian undergraduates to attend Northwestern for the duration of their undergraduate careers.” It has further promised to “fundraise to sustain this program beyond this current commitment.” It has further promised to “provide and renovate a house for MENA/Muslim students…”

This program of appeasement also violates federal higher education anti-fraud laws. The Higher Education Act (HEA) prohibits higher education institutions from making material misrepresentations to parents and students. Here, Northwestern materially represents to consumers that it has a “Commitment to an Inclusive Environment”.

President Schill’s decision to violate federal civil rights and anti-fraud laws to appease pro-Hamas radicals is an indefensible and reprehensible abdication of his responsibility to the institution and to Northwestern’s pro-American students, Jewish and otherwise. AFL will not let this stand. Instead, it will keep fighting to protect the civil rights of all American citizens and preserve the rule of law on campuses across the United States.
