Go to the Eliquis web site by Bristol Myers. Are you on commercial insurance? If yes, apply for ongoing copay support through their program. Are you on Medicare? If yes, you can look at their free goods / patient assistance program. Works for Part D patients if you meet certain income criteria. If approved they will ship the Eliquis to you. You just need to reapply annually. Also if on Medicare Part D, there are insurance changes coming in 2025 and beyond to cap out of pocket expenses at $2000 annually and allow you to smooth them out over 12 months. Again you’ll need to apply annually. CMS is also expanding the Low Income Subsidy. Start with the Eliquis site. Lots of assistance is out there.

Also. Eliquis will be going generic in the not too distant future. 2026 was the latest I heard. There are a couple of generics already approved but they are going through the patent challenges in court.
