The following analysis is a detailed response to critiques of an article I wrote earlier this month that garnered national attention, and was even Truthed by President Trump, shedding light on Nikki Haley’s ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. As we head into the New Hampshire Republican primary, the presidential field has consolidated around three major candidates: Donald Trump, the frontrunner by wide margins, Nikki Haley, and Ron DeSantis. With Vivek Ramaswamy’s distant fourth place finish in Iowa and subsequent endorsement of the 45th President, Trump’s edge in New Hampshire looks insurmountable.
Recent polling suggests that he commands an outright majority of all New Hampshire GOP voters, meaning that even if all the remaining candidates dropped out and rallied around a single challenger to Trump, their collective effort would still fail – without, perhaps, outside help from Democrats and Independents. With recent reports that Ron DeSantis’ War Room has been dissolved, and all the staff being laid off in the aftermath of Iowa’s disaster, it seems to have proven true Nikki Haley’s post-Iowa declaration that the Republican Primary has now become “a two person race.”

They borrowed the notion from old English Law that protected the Monarch and all it's subjects from something. Even historians going back 600 years cannot quite define who or what a Natural Born Citizen is.
So the Constitution was amended (14th) to help redefine what NBC really means. That didn't work. So Supreme Court decisions have been handed down throughout the decades. Of course those didn't work either. In Obama's case there were 226 challenges brought about challenging his status as Natural Born Citizen. None. Zero. Nada were even admitted or heard before any court.
Historians have found that using the strictest sense of of defining a Natural Born Citizen means that even both parents must not only be citizens, but they must have been born in this country as well.
A fact that disqualifies Donald Trump himself since his mother was born in Scotland. She was not an NBC. You claim that is immaterial as she was a citizen when Donald was born? Doesn't matter. The original intent of NBC prohibits even Trump.
I wish these racists would leave this matter alone. They are embarrasing themselves and Free Republic.
Racists? Yes. The real reason they use the NBC clause as a smoke screen is to avoid brown foreign people.

Right you are. It’s the job of the opposition party to look into such things. And it’s the job of a fiercely independent press to look into such things.
But as we all know, the GOP is no longer a true opposition party. And there is no longer a fiercely independent press. So we got Obama as president. And we got a stolen presidential election since then (2020).
I fear the worst is yet to come.

Could you cut and paste something from the Constitution proving what you say? I’ve seen zero in the Constitution that defines a natural born citizen. So, go ahead, show us something in the Constitution that says Haley isn’t a natural born citizen.
The problem for Obama is Stanly Ann Dunham Obama flew to with Obama Sr. to Kenya to get Obama Sr’s father’s blessing for the marriage. Stanly was married to Obama Sr. and pregnant with “Barry.” When it came time for her to fly back, she was too far pregnant for the airline to allow her to fly. So, Stanly Ann gave birth to Barry in Kenya. The airline manifest would have given the names of mother and son for the flight back to Seattle, Washington. Why Seattle? Because Stanly Ann was scheduled to start classes at the University of Washington. However, Obama Sr. is no longer with Stanly Ann; possibly due to his father’s rejection of her. Racism may have been a factor.
Stanly Ann with new-born Barry first visits her Mercer Island high school friend, Susan Blake. Obama Sr. is no longer with Stanly Ann, but told Blake how excited she was about her husband’s plans to return to Kenya. I wonder if Blake got the true story of Barry’s birth in Kenya and has, for all the years, had tight lips about the truth. Blake, is a former Mercer Island city councilwoman.
Later, she rents an apartment in the Capitol Hill District. She attends classes at the University of Washington during the 1961-1962 school year while simultaneously raising her infant son. They will remain in Seattle for about a year; later in 1962 they return to Hawaii. Her plans with Obama Sr. do not happen and she formally divorces him in 1964.

Except that definition first occurred when Vattel’s book on international law was incorrectly translated AFTER the US Constitution was passed!
The phrase in Vattel was “indigene” and “natural” - so the INDIGENOUS people are those born of two citizen parents!

Do you have a single case by the USSC in which it considered the Constitution's NBC and "nullified" or "set" it aside?
I believe racism broke up the marriage of Obama’s mother to Barack Obama Sr. Both of his mother and father flew to Kenya to get the blessing from Obama Sr’s father. Barack Jr’s mother gave birth to him in Kenya and flew back to Seattle, Washington without her husband who would continue his education in Hawaii. He would no longer get financial support for his education from his Kenyan father if she was at the same university. Instead, mother finished her education at the University of Washington. I think that racism affected Obama in his political life.
It wasn’t even a statute. It was a resolution and everyone applauded. The provision in the Constitution wasn’t repealed, it was redacted.
Because the Supreme Court has refused any,and all cases to be heard considering NBC, the precedent has been set.
This is what is known as being nullified and set aside. Many may wish the Supreme Court would rule, and decide one way or another. But that ain’t gonna happen.

Which amendment to the Constitution did that? You do know that it takes an amendment to accomplish that?
I don’t know anything about Vattel’s book, but the Immigration Act of 1790 directly defines natural born as being born of citizen parents.
No, it does not take an amendment. Historians and legal experts have long argued that the framers deliberately left the vague interpretation of NBC open for courts to decide and of course that is exactly what has happened.
Both candidates, redolent with foreign spice, have a lot of bloody nerve in the first place, Cruzing around with visions of POTUS plums dancing in their respective non-NBC heads. Cry us a river that you’ve been used. Please.
