Look for a doctor that advocates for Naturopathic/Holistic care which encompasses a vitamin/herb regime rather than immediately prescribing chemical drugs. They usually also include chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. Just do a search in your area for “Naturopathic/Holistic” physicians.

The mushroom vitamins were expensive but her cancer cells started shrinking after about sixty days on the mushroom based vitamins he put her on. Her cancer doctor was surprised since he had expected the spot on her lung to have grown in size.
Agree! ....late wife with Stage 4 cancer diagnosis had specialty supplements with mushroom extracts that helped shrink lesions in two cancers until a third aggressive form killed her. But with the supps she lasted twice as long as Oncologists expected which helped with teens in the house .... ymmv
I only get vitamins and supplements from health food stores. Often the clerks there are well trained, but supermarket and drugstore clerks are predictably clueless or not willing to say anything.

I did the same thing with Hep C. They were going to put me on chemo and I started taking the medicinal mushrooms which cut my viral load in half in two weeks. Doctor wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I told him and put me on chemo anyway.
