That is hilarious. I’ve been to Fenway many times and NEVER seen no beer line for ANY beer.

Not usually. Look at Target, record earnings after the “bathroom boycott”.

But this one is working because there are a lot of pissed-off people in this country and which brand of beer they buy is a decision totally within their control. Miller Light and Coors Light sales are up while Bud Light is in the toilet, which says people are exercising their freedom of choice with little or no cost or risk (one light beer tastes about as bad as any other). Those who are sick of all the crap that’s going wrong in this country can take this one simple action to show where they stand.

They can’t un-indict Trump or serve on a jury to acquit him, they can’t put a working brain in Biden’s skull or Hunter in prison, but they can stop buying Bud Light, and they are.

This is not a typical boycott. This one is personal.

If I was still drinking beer

Yeah, being a drunk does lead to making bad decisions...

Only if/when her leave of absence is made permanent will I pick up an AB product again.

Get over it.

Not a chance in hell!

I switched to PBR and surprisingly, I like the taste better than TrAnsheuser-Busch Butt Light.

Only thing left for AB:

Bud Light, the official beer of Kwanzaa

The schools were infested with communist groomers because of attitudes like yours. While complacent people just lived their lives the relentless evil bastards hijacked every public facing entity so now our culture is in flames

Those things take care of themselves.

“Elite” schools are bleeding students.

You go to those schools to be around very smart people, make connections with old money, and to get good at business.

They’ll flounder along from inertia for a while and then become obsolete as people go where they can learn to make money. Affirmative action students with no old money are useless to smart motivated people.

To each their own. Boycotts are a personal decision. I keep it simple for myself. Can I live with myself giving money to an entity that holds views contrary to my own? Second to that is, how important is that to me?

I haven’t step foot in a Target since the bathroom boycott. That boycott works for me. I have other personal boycotts that were never a national boycott. I have boycotted K-Mart after they made a bid deal about no longer selling firearms and being vehemently anti 2a. I boycott Buffalo Wild Wings because they do not allow concealed carry in their restaurants. I boycott Walmart for their fascist response to COVID and the desire to never see fat ugly women wearing lime green polyester pants that cling to the ripples of their cellulite.

There’s plenty more beyond that. But to be honest, they are not boycotts. It’s just a decision to shop elsewhere.

“Get over it.”

No.

Better choice of action: make an example of them.

If I could get AB to pay to produce product, and then deliver it to me for free - I would take all I could get and use for targets like that man with the pistol caliber carbine.

You say, “Bud Light is now known a the Gay man’s beer, so it will not be bought by any straight guys...................”
In that case, But Light ought to be very popular in Boston.

No matter how this episode turns out, what Bud Light did and the public’s reaction to it will be a case study in B-Schools across the country for many decades to come.

I envy you for your idealism that this won't be eclipsed by far worse business decisions.

The world and corporate culture that Scott Adams captured with "Dilbert" in the 1990s has progressed a generation and is now far, far worse. I see it every day.

I’m absolutely fine with private boycotts. I just unsubscribed from Fox Nation emails, a small thing but when I deny them one more potential customer, makes me feel good.

My point about Target is that the national conservative boycott had no effect whatsoever. No one got fired, the policy didn’t change, and their financial performance was even better than before.

Man, after that description of green polyester cellulite I may boycott Walmart myself!
