A Texas man has been charged with battery and banned from flying with United after he was caught on video allegedly punching an airline worker aboard a plane.

Cody Lovins, 47, from Montgomery, was arrested at San Francisco International Airport’s Terminal 3 early Monday in connection with the “physical altercation” that took place on a United flight from San Francisco to Houston before takeoff, police said.

Viral footage recorded by eyewitness Naya Jimenez showed a man in a blue t-shirt, later identified as Lovins, repeatedly striking a crew member during a fight over a seat.

Honestly, what are these people thinking? You can’t win against the airline. Forget it, Jake. It’s airline town.

I doubt he does much thinking at all, that aside why slant this as an airline fault? The, probably drunk, moron was in the wrong seat, this is all on him for being a loser and throwing a tantrum like a two year old.

Many of these airplane and airport crazies are on meds and psych. meds. Then they have a drink or two or three (alcohol) and this drug/drink combo sets them off in the weirdest ways.
