It may be coming time for the country to fully address a very polarizing topic: President Biden's mental health. The conversation about the president's mental health actually started when Trump was in office.
Unfit for Office After his inauguration in 2017, Donald Trump was faced with claims that he was not fit to be the president due to his mental health issues. In January 2018, he asked his doctor to administer a cognitive test to put the topic to rest.
On top of the mental health concerns, people were also attempting to have him removed from office based on these concerns. Members of Congress asked the Congressional Research Service to provide an overview of the 25th amendment and its history and purpose.
Another motive for requesting this information was to understand the process for removing a president from office.
In December 2019, 350 psychiatrists and mental health professionals signed a petition claiming that Trump's mental health was “rapidly deteriorating.” The accusations and claims picked up momentum after the 2020 election and the January 6th incident.
A group of Democrats attempted to create a “presidential disability review body” in 2017 to help with the impeachment process, but they ultimately failed.
Can Biden Pull Through? We have frequently seen Biden seemingly wander off after a speech without knowing where he was going and needing someone to direct him. He sometimes seems confused when giving speeches as well and loses his train of thought.
This behavior is not unusual for older people, and Biden is right up there with them, turning 80 this month. There are quite a few seniors who are still intellectually vigorous, but Biden isn't the average senior. He is the leader of the free world, and expectations for him and his mental capacity are different than for normal people.

There is no way the DemonRats can pull this off between 9 Nov and 3 Jan. If they try this in the 60 day span, that stunt will make Jan 6 look like a book club meeting at the local library. Bullets may fly and rightfully so. Then again, if DemonRats want to commit suicide, should they be stopped?
Anyone with half a clue knows this was an issue during the 2020 campaign. Jill Biden should be tried and convicted of elder abuse.
This is such a crock of shit. Trump’s wit and prowess as a speaker and leader shows that he has all his cognitive attributes. They just hate Trump and what he stands for “Freedom for the American People”. Biden should be in a home playing checkers not dealing with world leaders and situations that maybe millions of people’s lives depend on. The truth is, if they are going to do this, Democrats have to do it. There is no way Republicans are going to do it short of a nuclear event.
This little problem with Biden is in the Democrat’s court.
If we take the true Red Wave and gain a real majority we can override pretty much anything through legislation and the power of the VETO override. We have not seen a good use of it in years. AND we can do that whether it is Biden or Harris or Pelosi sitting in that Presidential seat.
You miss the point...they are talking about Biden, even though they introduce the topic with Trump.
The fact they are discussing this in their own low media suggests this is going to happen soon to Biden. These type of articles are trial balloons.

Biden isn’t going anywhere if Republicans take both houses. They will just box him in for two years. If anything, they could impeach Biden for Ukraine’s quid pro quo, which is on tape, impeach Harris for being an incompetent boob and McCarthy becomes President. He then names Trump as VP, resigns and Trump takes over.
If y’all remember, this was the Hillary gambit for impeaching Trump.

Once Biden is replaced by Harris, the question is simply a matter of the house picking a new vice-president. Simple majority? Can a lame-duck Democrat House pull this off or would it wait for the new Republican-led House?
If Harris is out as well, then Pelosi become president. And either a Democrat or Republican-led House picks a new vice president.

Biden must stay president until after January 20, 2023 for Kamala to be eligible for the ten year limit.
Precedent is the President picks a new VP not the House. See Nixon-Ford.
