That show was so weird, during the college years the TV lounge would be full of us kids, watching it, and unable to remember if we were high or not. ;^)
I actually have XYY. I discovered it bc I participated in a test for genealogy of known Cohens. Both are the same and both my fathers.
They used to think XYY were prone to being criminals and thugs and less intelligent. Not true. I went to MIT and not exactly a lifetime criminal, unless you count speeding.
What is true is male secondary sex traits are slightly exaggerated. So I am a bit taller than I should be, am rather hirsute, have a pronounced chin, and always gained muscle very easily from exercise. Tend to smell rather, dank of I don’t shower a lot.
I am going to go ahead and go out on a limb and post without actually reading the article. (I know, who does that?)

Whether XXY or XYY, the baby is born as a male, which means a good definition of a man is “has at least one Y chromosome”.
