Funnel Web spidr. Not the most venimous pound for pound, but has fangs that will go through a shoe. Nasty. Biggest fangs of any spider. East Coast of Australia is their main hangout. Males are particularly nasty

i took a macro photo of a jumping spider once, and it was so small i didn’t notice at first till i processed the photos and saw that it had 2 sets of fangs- it was a mutaiton or something-

Here’s a photo of it

Very aggressive. The males go looking for females in the more humid months of Australia’s east coast summer. Around Late January early Feb. They have been known to get into peoples beds. There is an antivenom for them now. Provided you get help fast. I think one of the last fatalities was a woman who got bitten in the cleavage after a tree funnel web dropped into her bra from above. She died pretty quickly due to the bite location

we used to get a lot of them- they loved the laundry room- especially the hamper- had to be careful taking the clothes out of hamper-

i cant even imagine dying from a spider bite (or snake for that matter)- mostly it’s suffocating to death- she probably suffered quite a bit from the bite-
