In a perfect world. I don’t see it happening no mater that it is badly needed.
The proposed actions dont go nearly far enough. Federal agencies one by one need to be downsized and distributed around the US. Start with the court system since a conservative cannot get a fair hearing in DC. See Emmit Sullivan, Flynn judge.
Now those would be exciting executive orders.
I agree..a nice dream.
But no way there is anything close to the political will required to dismantle and re-form the fedgov.
