“white clots” are not new. They are often seen in heparin-induced thrombocytopenia. No red cells in clot per se, thus the color. Typically (?) formed in arterial side, but I do not think they would easily pass through the capillaries and then be evident in the venous vasculature as in the Dr Ruby/mortician report vid —so my guess is they formed on the venous side. Surprising to see repeatedly by a mortician; usually seen in heart surgery theater by CT surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hematologists. The jabs are perturbing the clotting cascade and subsequent fibrinolysis.
I was kinda surprised that this was a ‘new’ malady that Dr. Ruby had never seen before. Either she was playing it up, or this was far afield from her specialty.
