Is that seriously your attempt to imply that I'm the ignorant one?

I'd suggest that you focus more on the study of immunology and virology, and the case studies of virus epidemics from the last 150 years. I'd suggest you look over the death rates for the original virus as well as how variants are created by creating more generations of viral exchange.

Then I'd suggest you look at Africa and their extremely low infection rate. Vaccination was less available there. As a result natural immunity spread and the growing data is showing/suggesting that natural immunity is more immune to all variants than vaccination is.

The data is pretty clear (and growing) that we blew COVID out of proportion and as a result created a problem far far worse than what we were presented with.

My point, which you are ignoring, is that the original covid that took over the United States was not defeated by natural immunity but by a more highly contagious rival, delta.

I respect natural immunity as much as you do. We are wonderfully made. But bioweapons are not so wonderful and have been devised to evade our natural immunity.

The next ones coming will be specially designed to evade the new vaccines. I hope there are some really smart people working on even newer vaccines.
