BOSTON (CBS) – The Dr. William W. Henderson Inclusion School in Dorchester, Massachusetts is closed Thursday after a principal and another staff member were attacked by a student during dismissal Wednesday.

When Boston Police arrived, an officer found Upper Campus Principal Patricia Lampron unconscious on the ground being tended to by staff members. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries which are considered to be non-life-threatening.

he principal’s daughter, MaryKate Lampron, released a statement Thursday on behalf of the family.

Today our mother, Patricia Lampron, was violently attacked at school and seriously injured by a student. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance where she is being assessed and treated for her injuries. Anyone who knows her knows how passionate she is about this school, it’s students and the Henderson School community. Our primary concern is her health and safety. She will need time and support to recover from her injuries. We expect a full investigation into the circumstances of the assault to assure the safety of all the students, staff and teachers in the Henderson School Community. She wants everyone to know that there is NO place for violence in our schools.

A 16-year-old girl was arrested and will be arraigned in
Dorchester Juvenile Court on assault and battery charges.

Must have been a physical fit 16 year old to put that on the ground....

“inclusion school” - didn’t it just used to be called the Audy home?

Your first thought was mine. Her statement that there was “no place” for violence after such a beating is without meaning.

I my day, a male principal would issue such a statement as the little animal was being remanded to police custody to stand trial as an adult. Perhaps the statement would come as metal detectors go up, or security increases and students are told they will be searched.

In this case, a woman issues it merely to indicate that there are screws missing in her head. If she returns to “work” at all, after this, even less is going to function correctly.

In today’s Boston Globe
During dismissal, a 16-year-old student knocked her school principal unconscious on Wednesday, and was arraigned Thursday in juvenile court on assault and battery charges.

Dr. William W. Henderson Inclusion School Principal Patricia Lampron had ordered the female student to leave the grounds, which angered the teen who responded by allegedly punching Lampron with a closed fist and pushing another staffer, according to a police report obtained by The Boston Globe. Schools closed Thursday, and will reopen Friday with increased support services.

Will the perp be considered a domestic terrorist, or does she need to attack a school board member to achieve that standard?

why also not ONE sentence about WHY this attack took place?

Duh. Because America is systemically racist, of course. Oh, and because Donald Trump.

I can’t help thinking this is the look on her face as she realizes she’s about to get her ass kicked as she cries out…”but diversity!”…

“ When there is no discipline then there will be violence. Duh.”

Exactly! When you remove something, something else will rush in to fill the void and most likely you won’t like what comes rushing in.

Hey, don’t worry, the newly elected mayor wants cops out of school.

Boston mayor-elect stands firm on removing police officers from schools

Fwiw, the last line in the article I linked says:.. that nearly $3 billion in federal aid is coming to Massachusetts schools to help with the mental health of students.

3 billion ?

On the other hand, the taxpayer-funded public school bureaucracy will take very good care of the principle.

- I first see a very big legal/insurance payout to her
- followed by a lifetime of full pay, without working again
- lifetime medical benefits, etc. etc.

The leftist bureaucrats who created and keep the zoos known as “public schools” will certainly take care of their own.

Low IQ plus poor impulse control, enhanced by a dysfunctional culture which embraces violence. The racial disparity in violent crime incarceration rates isn’t caused by racism. If anything, MORE of the feral 13% needs to be locked up to protect the rest of society.

Yes, she will be. Her [the Principle]’’s line of thinking runs thusly: “What did I do to her to make her so angry. And to react in this manner.” Being a Democrat is ingrained into her. It is in her blood.

Well, it’s because of COVID....

https://www.masslive.com/boston/2021/11/classes-at-dorchesters-henderson-inclusion-school-canceled-friday-as-officials-discuss-safety-plans-after-principal-was-attacked.html

With classes canceled on Friday, Cassellius said the Henderson Inclusion School would be open for counseling for families and students. The school also coordinated with community organizations like the YMCA to provide activities for students during the day if families need place to bring their children.

Cassellius said the school will be following the code of conduct with the student accused of attacking staff, but didn’t provide any more details in terms of potential punishment or next steps.

“Boston Public Schools does not tolerate violence,” Cassellius said. “We do not tolerate any kinds of these acts.”

Cassellius said schools across the country anticipated students returning to in-person classes with additional trauma from the last year under the pandemic, including added stress and anxiety.

“It is just a really hard trying time for all of us,” Cassellius said. “All we can do is continue to put our best foot forward and continue to be there for our students and four our faculty and our staff and our families and our communities.”

(Brenda Cassellius is the Boston Public Schools Superintendent)

Student’s punishment is to be transferred to another school, just as the bathroom rapist was transferred after his violent assault.
