Fwiw, the last line in the article I linked says:.. that nearly $3 billion in federal aid is coming to Massachusetts schools to help with the mental health of students.

Hell in today's inviroment that may not be enough.
The students mental health will be improved by giving that money to the Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate so their thugs can buy condos in Kauai.
