A new survey has revealed that 92 percent of New York City restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and event venues were unable to pay their full rent in December as COVID-19 restrictions continue to decimate the industry in the Big Apple.

According to research published by the New York City Hospitality Alliance on Tuesday, the number of businesses unable to pay rent has climbed steadily over the last few months from 80 percent in June.

They surveyed 403 restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and event venues in the city throughout January and found that only 40 percent of them have been offered any kind of rent waiver from a landlord since the pandemic started.

At this rate, only the homeless and corrupt far left Dem politicians who feed fat off taxpayers money will be left in NYC in short order.

I’ll be in NYC tomorrow for work with my can of sardines and bag of nuts - because, you know, restaurants are basically closed.

Why do I have the distinct impression that the basic goal of Rat Party Headquarters is to bring this country to its knees...and keep it there?

But hey, NYS just made surrogacy legal and is going to use taxpayer funds to sell weed.

All is well!

Apparently, New York was the only state that actually voted for Joe Biden.

And yet.....

Don’t New York my Florida!!

New York (and other) libs have been pouring into Florida like a flood since COVID hit months ago. This is why I highly doubt FL will remain a Red State much longer.

Don't forget the VERY slim margin between Ron DeSantis and Andrew Gillum in 2018. And DeSantis obviously has his sights set on a higher office for 2024....

Hope I'm wrong about all of this, but the FL demographics are quickly shifting...

Makes me sick to think that. Problem is we’re losing states we won before that probably are gone for good. This was happening before the cheating. We are gaining a little in some blue states but not near enough. Soon a republican will never win statewide again and definitely not president. Cheating is just a small part which I’m not even sure why democrats bother. They’ll win every election legitimately soon enough.

I expect that next year in NYC and other blue state abyses, dining out choices will be limited to drive through fast food and big chain places. The small family owned restaurants and especially the small ethnic places will all be gone. Gone too will be the little eateries in small town America.

Biden has extended ‘the rent moritorium’ to June 20.....

Soon-—landlords will be filling up bankruptcy courts...and banks will be on flimsy ground.
