A prominent Democrat law professor has called for a "no holds barred" investigation into the 2020 presidential election results. Prof. Jonathan Turley, a constitutional scholar and longtime Democrat, says a full probe of the 2020 vote count is needed because "tens of millions of voters believe that this election was rigged."

Turley has been solid for the past couple of years, pointing out Democrats double standards and anti-democratic policies. He is still something of a classical liberal. I suppose he is a Democrat because he believes in an activist government, government education, all that sort of New Deal, Great Society junk, but he seems to be intellectually honest. He was a huge critic of Mueller and the Russia Hoax.
I agree. Thru a series of legal changes regarding mail-in ballots and some other machinations, the left now has an almost fool-proof model on how to win each-and-every election of any importance.
- They now know that submitting thousands of ballots with only one name marked is a red flag so in the future fraudulent ballots will have some other names marked so these ballots will not be noticed when an audit is done.
- They now know that all fraudulent ballots must be folded so as to emulate a real mail-in ballot.
- They now know that a less obvious way of instantiating fraudulent ballots into the general ballot population has to be used. Running poll watchers off while trucks full of illegal ballots are being unloaded is too visible.
- They now know to be vigilant regarding any legislation that may make such ballot activities illegal. Much current law unintentionally allows for the infusion of fraud. Few laws make this fraud an legally actionable offense. This is why much of PDJTs legal challenges were failures. It was not always a matter of ‘standing’ but there was no actual law broken.
It is going to be very difficult to change this. But when these changes are made, the consequences for breaking the law should be extreme. Consequences like hanging or a visit to a local adobe wall coupled with the complete confiscation of all assets held by the perp. Few men will stuff a ballot box knowing that if they are caught their impoverished family will be thrown out on the street after they watch you hang.

More than that. But the GOP should be the ones who get this going and NOW. It's the GOP who will never win elections when people stay home. Polls indicate the two GA GOPers lost because of LOW GOP turnout, people don't trust elections and never will.

You bet. Right now there are ZERO consequences for ballot fraud. None. The benefit is gaining an ‘elected’ seat, and no downsides to worry about.
Short of civil war, that isn’t going to change. Until those that did this pay for their crimes it will only continue in in all elections.

Democrats and Republicans alike are both at risk of disappearing because if votes don't matter, than neither do politicians and no one will vote in rigged elections. These politicians will be replaced by failed actors and actresses going through their scripts with no one listening.

Turley is a person whom I’ll label as a “Classical Democrat.” One who is a ‘classical liberal’ and a believer in the Constitution, along the lines of Scoop Jackson or Daniel Moynihan.
“Instead, they were largely dismissed on jurisdictional or standing groups or under the ‘laches’ doctrine that they were brought too late. “Those allegations need to be conclusively proven or disproven in the interests of the country.”
This won’t happen w Biden Harris Pelosi or Schumer, as they all know they need urban vote manufacturing machine to stay in power
