But the counting is not occurring at the precinct level. It’s by county.
Omaha in Nebraska went for Biden so that cancels out the CD-2 in Maine.
What states does that apply within and how many times has it ever been done?

Unfortunately, the GA SOS said there is nearly 9000 military ballots outstanding, not received. Tomorrow is the deadline for those overseas military ballots to be received and be counted.

It is treason against we the people since a fraudulent cote cancels the legitimate vote of a sovereign in this representative democracy. Until there are executions for the treasonous acts there will be not stopping these dead soul, hell bound enemies in our midst.

Could be the 100% represents in-person precincts and what they're counting now is absentee & provisional ballots.

I’m using the existing percentages in each county.
Probably tracks with demographic in the military, not so proTrump: 30% of enlisted active duty women are black. 17% of enlisted active duty men are black.

How about one does something about it instead of posting something that encourages apathy.
Applying the county percentages posted early the remaining ballots would be a net gain of about 2600 votes for Biden. It looks like Biden will lead with about 800 votes with military votes outstanding. This is going to be very very close.
not sure, but talk about provisional and cured ballots. not sure the latest on them
But the number of votes from every precinct is kept for records.
I don’t think we can apply County Percentages. mail in ballots skew further Biden than the county average.
