Of course we can't wear Trump gear when we go vote, but we can wear red, right? Several of my family members are planning on wearing red shirts tomorrow when we go to vote.
BTW, when my daughter and son-in-law lived in Baltimore, the precinct workers were wearing Obama shirts and buttons and had a giant Obama poster on the wall. Illegal? Yes, but when did that stop the left.

That’s not too far from the truth, I’m afraid. When my daughter and son-in-law voted in Baltimore a few years ago, I would be willing to bet their votes were tossed as soon as they left the building because they probably looked like Republicans, if you get my drift.

The Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky ruling is pretty narrow. Minnesota’s broad, vague prohibition of “political” apparel was unconstitutional, but it’s pretty clear from the opinion that laws prohibiting apparel promoting a particular candidate, including containing their name or slogan, are probably not unconstitutional.

It depends on the state, but wearing a MAGA hat in the polling place is probably a misdemeanor at least in some states. For example, wearing “a badge, insignia, emblem, or other similar communicative device relating to a candidate, measure, or political party appearing on the ballot, or to the conduct of the election, in the polling place” is a misdemeanor in Texas.
No do not call attention to yourselves as Trumper at the polling booth or while in line.
You do not want your ballot targeted.

Hang a MAGA hat off of an over pass in a extreme liberal area with a sign below it saying “Run Over This!!!”. Just put a rock in the hat.
