I tuned in briefly to hear the debate. But there was no debate. Instead, there was a two-against-one pile on, Wallace and Biden vs. Trump. Biden was obviously hopped up on something and kept interrupting Trump during Trump's allotted time to speak, with no censure from Wallace, who did plenty of his own interrupting of Trump.
Trump was never given, as far as I could see, any opportunity to make his reasoned, logical reply to questions--he was constantly either being walked on, interrupted, or taken to task by Wallace. It was a sleazy parody of a debate. Even in the 3 minutes I could stand to listen, I picked up loud and clear on that. I'm quite sure that the laughable paid-off goons comprising the MSM will chalk this hot mess up to Biden for a win. Question is, how many voters will have even bothered to watch to make up their own opinions vs. taking it on [highly misplaced] faith that the media is even making a feeble attempt to be fair and honest.
Wallace was horrible. His voice and hands were shaking. He was a total mess. Lost his temper at Trump. Heavily favored Biden.

I didn’t watch the “debate”. It’s like a Twitter tirade. All of public discourse has become toxic.
I don’t think Biden “plays” stupid.
For twenty years I’ve been saying that having a human moderator is evil - it positions some reporter above the future (and often the present - POTUS). They should control the microphones with a chess clock, and just go at it.There would also be something to be said for having a slow-motion “postal chess” version in which each comment is, instead of being off-the cuff, a thoughtful one in text.
But we all understand that journalists/Democrats would never agree to that.
I learned that Chris Wallace is an insipid POS.

Agreed. I watched the whole debate, and watching it was a chore all the way. As each question was asked along with it accompanying accusation, I knew that I could do better. Sad to say but true.
But that’s not what’s important now. What’s important now, is for each of us to inform our neighbors about important freedoms and important economic needs for the United States. We need more sustainable revenues from more manufacturing in the United States (as differentiated from U.S.-”based” manufacturing that happens elsewhere). The rising piles of debt from balance of payments deficits from trade imbalances are not sustainable. Our large, import-heavy, coastal cities do not exist in economic isolation from the rest of our country.
I tuned out pretty quickly. Do we have any even minimally articulate people left in this country? Even one with a vocabulary that includes words with greater than 5 or 6 letters? Even one?
Just before the debate began, Biden shook two fists in front of him at about waist level as if to cheer himself on. That gesture is a sure sign of senility. At a point later in the arguments, he also argued in favor of the Green New Deal just before disclaiming it and saying that he had a different plan.
These aren’t debates, these are just attempts to get sound bites. Trump got quite a few.
As bad as it was l, I think Trump could have gotten away with saying “ I paid more in taxes than your son took in bribes.”
Cats are really very smart about things like this.
I made it to the second “question” that was an extended commentary bashing Trump and if I were Trump I would have stopped crissy to call me when he got around to the question.
No need to watch. I will vote for Trump no matter what.
One of my cats and I turned the junk off and listened to the Bacarach channel on Pandora then Tappestry.
Deep inside, Wallace’s conscience knew what he was doing, didn’t like it—and it showed...
Just watched Newt Gingrich on Laura’s show.
He said Pubs can’t do a debate and act polite, because the Dems will just smear them. ...The Pubs have to hit back hard and that is exactly what Trump did tonight.
The Obama-Romney debate showed what can happen when the Pub tries to be polite. Barack and Brazile doomed his campaign.
Anyone who votes for biden or any democrat is simply my enemy at this point.
