From the body camera, it looks like she did pretty good with her aim. I think he was on something.

If she was using a 9 mm, then that could be the problem. Last year a very large vicious feral dog came into our yard and would not leave. I had to use a 9mm because he was under a building and I wanted minimum structure damage. It took 10 rounds to put him down. One round actually ricochet off his skull.

My choice would have been a 40 or 45 if out in the open.

To fully disable the attacker, she’d have to do a CNS or heart wound to immediately disable him.

Just my opinion.

9mm. Lots of rounds, little impact. Not a fan.
