George Soros has used this tactic many times to destroy a country's financial system by instigating civil unrest to enable him to short the market ahead of time and then pay people to instigate civil unrest while he shorts the financial markets in advance of the unrest to profit from it. Harrisburg is a classic example of an American city gone to crap in 50 years. The combination of globalism strip mining the manufacturing economy and the ‘diddonufins’ has done a great job or running white people off and leaving much of the city a third world slum. I remember this town circa 1960 when my father would sometimes take me with him when he had business there. Nice, quiet,and really clean for an industrial town.
