He stops moving and breathing, they checked for a pulse. AND KEPT HIS KNEE ON HIS NECK FOR ANOTHER TWO MINUTES?????

I predict he’ll cop a plea. If not, guilty in less than 30 minutes deliberation.

The whole reason America is upset and Minneapolis is burning is because the average dingbat thinks that this guy actually could NOT breathe. Now we have the criminal complaint and the body cam shows that George Floyd was yelling out “I can’t breathe” while he WAS STANDING UP!!! This goof was high on PCP or something similar. He refused to get into the squad car claiming he was claustrophobic—5 minutes after he was just inside a car!! This case is WEAK beyond belief. Now we know why the DA didn’t charge. Even the autopsy is milquetoast—the death was “likely” caused by drugs, heart condition, and the officers. In other words, “I the medical examiner cannot state with certainty that anything the officers did caused this man’s death.”

“I predict he’ll cop a plea. If not, guilty in less than 30 minutes deliberation.”

It depends, of course, on the jury. And here it is dangerous for the defendant.

Minnesotans are still embarrassed that their state was the site of the largest mass execution of Native Americans in U.S. history and those killings were part of the larger extirpation efforts.

More recently, Minnesotans are embarrassed about the Garrison Keillor scandal and what he did.

And they are embarrassed about the Senator Al Franken scandal and what he did.

And they are embarrassed about the Senator Amy Klobuchar scandal and what she did to protect what is now known as the “killer” when she had him in her sights.

And now this death and total breakdown of law and order on national television.

Unless a jury comes back with a guilty verdict in 30 minutes or less, Minnesotans may never again be able to attend family get-togethers and poke fun at Red State values.
