OMG. This drunk/high bastard was yelling out “I can’t breathe” while he WAS STANDING UP!!!. He was claiming that he was “claustrophobic” and that’s why he was refusing to get in a police car—this was 5 minutes after he was pulled from the driver’s seat of another car. THIS IS WHY YOU WAIT FOR ALL OF THE FACTS TO COME OUT. He did die from being strangled or asphyxiated. He died because he was high on some undisclosed drug. This case against this officer is WEAK beyond belief. Again, two things can be true: Officer Chauvin used excessive force (he did), but his excessive force was NOT the cause of George Floyd’s death.

And I'm sure we all agree that Black conservatives are worth more than White liberals.

I'd certainly agree with that - it's a simple fact that the further left you go in American politics, the more young whites you find, thanks to several generations of indoctrination by the public school system. The extreme left in the US is mostly white.

He was held down when pleading for help. Watch 1000 cop videos and hear the same thing. Most are BS and when one dies it is sickening. I believe this guy like most criminals was in ill health and the police generally do not adhere to sympathy while retraining a suspect and forget most of the oath and code of the force. “Murder” is one of the most complex terms in law and life. As a civilian I would have acted out and probably been arrested for trying to get the guy help. As a cop,I would go against “code” and call out what was happening. I was neither.

He stops moving and breathing, they checked for a pulse. AND KEPT HIS KNEE ON HIS NECK FOR ANOTHER TWO MINUTES?????
I predict he’ll cop a plea. If not, guilty in less than 30 minutes deliberation.

The whole reason America is upset and Minneapolis is burning is because the average dingbat thinks that this guy actually could NOT breathe. Now we have the criminal complaint and the body cam shows that George Floyd was yelling out “I can’t breathe” while he WAS STANDING UP!!! This goof was high on PCP or something similar. He refused to get into the squad car claiming he was claustrophobic—5 minutes after he was just inside a car!! This case is WEAK beyond belief. Now we know why the DA didn’t charge. Even the autopsy is milquetoast—the death was “likely” caused by drugs, heart condition, and the officers. In other words, “I the medical examiner cannot state with certainty that anything the officers did caused this man’s death.”

“””””They are not animals they are humans. WHen the racism screams from posts here it makes me embarrassed to be a freeper.””””””””

Go hang out with these “humans” for awhile. Let us know how it goes.

Oh, and if you get a chance, steal me a big ass tv, ok?

And while you are at it, swing by my jobsite in St. Paul and see if there is anything left. I heard they were burning down stuff in the area and I’m just too white to go look at it right now. Thanks, human.

And yet, he was alive before the encounter...and now he is dead.

This IS a mystery, isn’t it?

I just did 16 years in the public school system. It’s really bad. A lot of the high schoolers I taught could not process anything that wasn’t about racism or the environment, and they had memorized responses so that if you gave them an article about racism or the environment, they could respond, but if you gave them anything else to read, they were stumped. They just sat there. But it’s L.A., so we have to pass them anyway.

“I predict he’ll cop a plea. If not, guilty in less than 30 minutes deliberation.”

It depends, of course, on the jury. And here it is dangerous for the defendant.

Minnesotans are still embarrassed that their state was the site of the largest mass execution of Native Americans in U.S. history and those killings were part of the larger extirpation efforts.

More recently, Minnesotans are embarrassed about the Garrison Keillor scandal and what he did.

And they are embarrassed about the Senator Al Franken scandal and what he did.

And they are embarrassed about the Senator Amy Klobuchar scandal and what she did to protect what is now known as the “killer” when she had him in her sights.

And now this death and total breakdown of law and order on national television.

Unless a jury comes back with a guilty verdict in 30 minutes or less, Minnesotans may never again be able to attend family get-togethers and poke fun at Red State values.

It looks like it wasn't the PRIMARY cause. But they are all going to get it for realizing his pulse and breathing had stopped, but doing nothing about it. Even something as simple as removing the knee and rolling him on his side... something that showed they were concerned enough to address the issue... would have helped the situation.

He intended to.
Look up “Liberia”.

Guess the stupid of the time thought that they would somehow re-enslave them if Lincoln was removed.

If ONLY blacks would OBEY THE POLICE from the get-go, these incidents would be far more rare. Unfortunately, blacks obeying the police ('white establishment') is tantamount to capitulating to BEING ENSLAVED. THIS IS THEIR PERCEPTION, so the result is a SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY.

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO BE A COP IN TODAY'S EMASCULATED SOCIETY WHERE IF SOMEONE COMES INTO YOUR POLICE PRECINCT AND SETS IT ON FIRE THEN RATHER THAN KILL THEM ON THE SPOT, YOU GO UP TO THE ROOF AND SUMMONS A HELICOPTER TO SAFELY TAKE YOU AWAY?

This entire event is a DEEP STATE MEDIA PRODUCTION.. AN EXTENSION OF THE ERASING OF TRUMP'S ECONOMIC SUCCESSES VIA THE COVID-19 SHUT DOWN DEMPANIC, WHICH WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS, WHICH WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE KAVANAUGH HEARINGS, WHICH WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE "TRUMP-RUSSIA COLLUSION" HOAX OBAMAGATE COUP ON TRUMP, WHICH WAS AN EXTENSION OF THE HILLARY-FUNDED DOSSIER HIT PIECE ON TRUMP!

CIVIL WAR BREWING!

Okay, having read the entire thing, I see that he started saying he couldn’t breathe while he was still standing. That he apparently went to the ground of his own volition. That he was breathing for the first 5 minutes of the time he was pinned, and then he stopped.
I see that the three officers all realized he had stopped breathing, but did nothing about it. It doesn’t seem like his death was entirely due to having the knee on his neck, but it is certainly true that once he stopped breathing, they made no attempt to revive him.
______________________________________________________
What the report shows is that when Mr. Floyd was yelling out things like “I can’t breathe,” he was doing so under the influence of drugs. He was saying “I can’t breathe” while standing up outside of a squad car! He was claiming that he was “claustrophobic” 5 minutes after he was inside of his own car! He was high on drugs. So when he was on the ground saying “I can’t breathe,” he could breathe (obviously). That’s why everyone is so ticked off—they think this goof was being choked/strangled with a knee. He died because he was high on drugs and had a bad heart, something that happens every day. The police had him restrained to prevent him endangering himself or others. The ambulance was on the way. This is a WEAK case. Even the medical examiner’s finding does not establish solid proof that the officer caused this guy’s death. (Of course, I do note that putting a knee on one’s neck is over-the-top). Basically, a city has been burned down for nothing.

They layed him on the sidewalk after he collapsed and called for medical.

It appears that he had a heart attack due to coronary artery disease, hypertension (possibly untreated) and possible intoxication.

They're going to have a difficult time proving that any of the officers' actions were criminal or contributed to his death.

Floyd's deep state handlers did a horrible job of preparing him for their media production. Floyd obviously FORGOT he wasn't supposed to start saying "I can't breathe" until AFTER he was placed on the ground.

Perhaps a joke, perhaps not.

Unless the cops are convicted and executed the same day the current riots are just a practice session.
Even if they are this debacle will join the chorus of other “examples of police brutality” justifying thug behavior for the next couple of decades.

I wonder where these cops might find a genuinely fair trial?

Already convicted in the media.

If you import Somalians and you get a mini Somalia. I suppose they feel more at home now that Minneapolis looks more like Mogadishu.

Liberals (black and white) will never believe it. They'll be certain it's a "cover up." The family will bring in their own doctor, some Sharpton-like fellow, who will find in his own autopsy that it was "certainly strangulation," and "the white people are lying again." And then we'll have a few more fires...
