Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

The State Secrets Act was upheld in the Supreme Court United States v. Reynolds, 345 U.S. 1 (1953) acknowledging the right of the government to exclude evidence in a trial that may harm National Security.
The President is the Commander in Chief of the Military and the Chief of Staff is Gen. John Kelly, a Marine.
The President can use military (& National Guard) as police force in the event of terrorist act, natural disasters and disorder that state police cannot contain.
So this Virginia think may turn up good.

Alexander Vindman’s former boss, NSC official Andrew Peek, on leave pending investigation
Andrew Peek, the senior director for European and Russian affairs at the National Security Council, has been placed on administrative leave pending a security-related investigation, people familiar with the situation tell Axios.
According to a Washington Examiner article from last fall, Alexander Vindman, who famously testified during the House impeachment hearings, reported directly to Andrew Peek: “As a Ukraine expert, Vindman reports to civilian Andrew Peek, who replaced Tim Morrison as the NSC’s senior director for European and Russian affairs after Morrison announced his departure last Wednesday, one day before he testified before the House impeachment proceeding.”
The timing’s a bit interesting too, considering Peek was slated to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland next week, along with President Trump who is expected to meet with a variety of world leaders.
