If you think that restaurants are not politically polarized, youre wrong. They are.
Chick-fil-A is an obvious example. In the summer of 2012, Chick-fil-As CEO Dan Cathy drew attention for his statements on same-sex marriage. Many politicians and consumers responded to these comments both in support and in opposition. Still, in 2019, people are still adamantly debating Chick-fil-A and its stance on LGBTQ+ matters due to recent reports of the donations from its corporate foundation.
While many people associate Chick-fil-A with their conservative religious and political views, most people dont realize that many other restaurants are much more conservative than Chick-fil-A. For example, according the Goods Unite Us app, Buffalo Wild Wings (97%), Wendys (89%), Jimmy Johns (87%), KFC (86%), and Taco Bell (86%) along with their senior employees all donate to the Republican party at higher percentages than Chick-fil-A (81%). Liberals might also be especially troubled when they eat pizza, because Papa Johns (96%), Dominos (90%), Papa Murphys (88%), Pizza Hut (86%) and Little Caesars (81%) and their senior employees all also donate heavily to Republicans.
But Republicans also need to watch where they eat! If you support Chick-fil-A and other conservative causes, you might think twice before you eat at many Mexican food chains, like Chipotle and Qdoba, which both along with their senior employees donate to the Democratic party at 99% and 93%, respectively. Conservatives should also beware of where they get their coffee too, as 91% of donations from Starbucks and its senior employees benefit liberal causes.
While these everyday purchases can seem simple and meaningless, the average American voter donates three times more inadvertently through their purchasing to politicians and PACs than they donate on purpose. Thats why its so important for you to download the Goods Unite Us app, which makes it easy for you put your money where your vote is!

Starbucks coffee sucks. They don’t just roast the beans, they burn them. The coffee tastes bitter and burnt.
Good info. I get my fast food exclusively from Wendy’s.
Chick fil A is still a conservative place to eat with nice middle class kids of all colors - (NOT thugs like many fast food places) - AND the food is good. I’m staying with Chick fil A for chicken sandwiches...
Thats a whole lot of data with the only citation for that data being the source that is posted.
The site cites itself as the source.
Dubious at best.
This is all interesting but, the problem the way I see it is; Chick-fil-A has caved in and is stopping support of some Christian groups and continuing support of some LGBT approved groups. This is muuch worse than donation to the Republican Party.
My vegetables consist of coffee, tobacco and the celery that comes on the side at BWW.
Pretty much.
Buffalo Wild Wings is owned by Arbys.
So are they saying 97% of Arbys execs are GOP?
I find that very hard to believe.
I do not believe Little Caesars donates to Republicans. IF they do it’s a serious demographic change from only a few years ago.
Adding plastic straws to your every Amazon order is as easy as pie and a lot cheaper. Gotta do it every order or it doesn't work.
Make leftists cry. Or don't and we all die in unspeakable torture.

Really good-to-have info...
However, it was the most conservative by a longshot before Samuel Truett Cathey died in 2014.
Credit where credit is due. That man lived out his faith.
I cut my cable about four years ago but I still like to get my NFL football from time to time (especially when Tom Brady and the Patriots are playing) so off to Buffalo Wings I go with a couple pitchers of beer and a stack of low-carb desert heat low-carb wings.
But seriously, do we even have to apply a political litmus test to the restaurants that we eat at?
I've been to Chick-Fil-A just a handful of times. I like the Cobb Salad (no dressing) with the grilled chicken nuggets - low carb.
Friendly staff and courteous service. But I never much analyzed their politics.
Heh, heh. Love that Taco Bell donates 86@% to Republicans. Like to see them bring back their run to the border tagline.
BWW posts No Guns signs. Never been in one. Never will.
More importanly, avoid Progressive Insurance. I’ll bet a lot of Freepers are sending the DNC their money through this scam.
There's a Starbuck's adjacent to the waiting room for the ER in which I work (because Seattle is a city of foo foos).
I hate walking off the elevator to the Staff entrance because it reeks of over-roasted coffee and burnt sandwiches.
Just gross.
