Did the aforementioned moonbat bus the "throng" out to public lands for which Mr. Lobifaro had a hunting permit? Were they trespassing on his private property or leased property?

There are deer in my neighborhood, but the city doesn't allow hunting in my front yard, no matter how much some of my neighbors would enjoy harvesting the bambirats.
