Gorny, 93 miles north of the border with Mongolia.
Two of those killed were officers and the others were enlisted men. The two wounded soldiers reportedly were in serious condition.

Russians need to ban their military from assault weapons.
This may be at a Strategic Rocket Forces base.
Shamsudin (sun of the religion)? Could be sudden jihad syndrome.
I betcha ya don’t want to be a mass murderer in Russia, unlike the United States, where you are lionized by the media and treated with kid gloves by the judiciary. Muslims in Russia & their military will always be problematic.
Incidents like this are fairly common in the Russian army because its NCO contingent is weak, poorly trained, and lacks adequate support, while the officer corps tends to lack closeness with the troops. The result is frequent bullying and exploitation of recruits, with genuinely troubled (or troublesome) enlisted men getting little in the way of counseling or weeding out.
Praying for the families of the dead. Terrible loss in any Army. (Retired US Army Officer)
Hint - Ramil is a Muzzi name (Azerbaijan area).
Although let’s not mention anything that might suggest Sudden Jihad Syndrome.
No, actually it means ‘New Siberia.’
Or perhaps you were joking.
