One of those would last me most of a week.A whole 72 oz is two weeks' worth of meat on a normal diet, if you only eat meat at dinner. Most nutritionists say 4 oz. of meat is one serving, so there'd be leftovers. And that's a lot of saturated fat if it's not broken up by fish, legumes and chicken meals.
