Need a cat for a mouser - anyone trying to get rid of one?
Sad wife | 9 September 2019 | Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin

Our cat just disappeared after several years. No smell, no buzzards, nothing. Don't have a clue. Anyone have a spayed/neutered cat or two to live out in the country and kill mice for a living (benefits supplied - i.e. extra food, medical, dental and vision). PM me here if you live in the area between Austin, San Antonio and Houston and we'll take care of it for you.

Want a Freeper cat. No liberal, leftist cats need apply (just joking). Wife sad. Wife is sunshine of life. Want wife happy again.

Shelters in warm weather climates usually have a lot of feral cats to give away for free.

my outside cat was about 3 or 4 when I was blessed with her about 4 years ago. She’s a survivor for sure. It’s kind of funny seeing her little nub of a tail wiggle.

That is why my pet cats have always been kept indoors-my cats have a lifespan of 18-20 years-I had one-an orange tabby-who lived to be 22-my orange male is 14 and totally the alpha of the pack...

I either shut down my desk computer or put away the keyboard when I leave for work-one of my tabbies is very fond of playing with the keys-I don’t want her going online and buying hundreds of cat toys on my paypal account...

My kitten was indoor outdoor, got him at 8 weeks old.

He brings home mice, rabbits, and birds as presents. He was born with the instinct to hunt.

I did. Seems like most want cat to live indoors. Applied with shelter. Will wait to hear from them.

I had a black cat adopt me two years ago
Nameed him Kunta-Kit-Tay

He had kept the squirrels off my deck and mice out of my house. Very happy with him

I’ve got a rat terrier (dog). In his younger days he was a better mouser than most cats.

My son’s indoor cat would probably be perfect for you. He always got along good with the outdoor dobie. Here, I can’t let him out because of my outside feral fixed female. How she has survived all these years I don’t know how? I don’t know? Maybe my fenced in back here with other dobies would keep coyotes away ?After my cat got degloved, I made sure to stop at all my (illegal) neighbors, “if your dog comes on my property “I’m gonna shoot it.” Thankfully fireworks work great for most of their strays to drive them off.

I always feared those little dogs the most, especially those little Mexican Chiwawas

In door cats live longer— so do married men.

We live in the woods and have lost several. A couple of them were real friendly and loved to be held. We chalk their losses up to coyotes and hawks, maybe eagles.

Those huge birds come from above with only sound of the wind passing over their feathers. Their huge claws grab them by their backside and begin to crush their ability to breath. While that’s going on they poke their eyes out with their beaks. They may start to feed before the carcass stops wiggling.

My wife treats our outside cats like pets, and grieves each time we lose one.

I feel sorry for animals that die like this, but that’s nature and in reality no different than a cat treats it’s prey.

That’s what I am thinking a coyote got this cat, they don’t just disappear unless they have become a predator’s dinner!!!
