If not working. You have another place to check. Go in the Control Panel, Device Manager and see if you have any ! points (inside of a triangle). I you have some they are conflicts and need to be resolved.

If not, check under Network Adapters and make sure you have a line that typically says, Dual Band Wireless Adapter (or something similar). If not there then a physical failure. If there, right click and update drivers.

Since you have a wireless connection problem, you will have to use and Ethernet cable and plug directly into your router.
