I was in the Dominican Republic and it is a real shithole.
Went to Club Excellence in Punta Cana a couple of years ago. The ambiance was great. The food terrible. During our stay my wife and I both got sick (probably from the water we were brushing our teeth with).
After this spate of stories about the place...we won’t be going back...
A major fashion designer had a place there, Clintons used to visit him there. Can’t remember who it was.
