Democratic 2020 hopeful Joe Biden has claimed that the Second Amendment doesn't say that Americans are "entitled" to own guns as he reaffirmed his position concerning the Constitution for his presidential run.The former vice president admitted that the “Second Amendment exists” but argued during a speech at a campaign stop in New Hampshire on Tuesday that it doesn't say that Americans are “entitled” to own a gun. Biden made the comments while taking questions at a small outdoor venue. “By the way, if one of you left the keys in your car down the street, and a kid comes along and jumps in it and takes off, you could be held liable civilly for that," Biden explained to a small crowd of his supporters.

The Constitution limits the government. Specifically, it limits the government’s ability to infringe the rights that we naturally have.

The right to bear arms is inalienable and intrinsic to all men and women.
The Second Amendment simply reminds government not to try and violate that right.
When the demographic changes that are ongoing are completed, your rights won’t matter any more. The Democrats, Republicans, the Chamber of Commerce and the globalists will laugh at you and how they got you to vote for people who don’t really care about this country.

Careful, Joe. If that sort of textual reasoning takes hold and is applied to other constitutional issues, there will no longer be a federal right to abortion.
The 2nd Amendment protects our rights not only to own a gun, but to carry it as well.
