Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

How do they determine the exchange rate?
I am allergic to penicillin, so are my 2 son’s and my mom. I can eat blue cheese occasionally, if the first bite tingles my tongue I can’t eat it that day. But I can never eat Roquefort and Gorgonzola. I was at one place that said blue cheese on the menu, they lied it was Roquefort and with the first bit my lips swelled to touch my nose and chin, then my cheeks, then my eyes starting closing shut with the swelling. EPIpen to the rescue. My mom is the same as me, but both boy’s can’t eat even blue cheese occasionally.
How do they determine the exchange rate?
The same as if you were buying euro’s or other currencies, the daily market value listed. I found 1,500+ euro’s in a money belt I used in 2015 for a trip to Italy a few months back. Oops... I paid 1.02 USD for them they are now at 1.12 USD each. It changes constantly.

My question is this...the U.S. Mint issues their Gold and Silver Eagles with a Face value. For example, the 1 oz silver eagle has—if I remember correctly— a face value of $1 but the silver content may be worth $15. As legal tender I think it has to be accepted in all states, but only at the Face Value, $1. Will the states be using the current metal value or only the stated Face value of the currency?
That’s what I wondered. Silver is down pretty much.
