And....just as sickening....the House just passed the Equality Bill....that promotes this exact behavior as ‘normal’ and forces it on We the People.

I should have added that I take Vitiam K 90 mcg (I use Jarrow brand labeled MK-7) It breaks down the calcium citrate, so works big time for you much faster. Without the Vitiam K it was much slower to work and not as effective. It still helps but not as much. It was 4 or 5 years before my doctor figured this one out.

"Try different brands of statins. Some of them damn near paralyzed me. Finally got onto simvastatin with low side effects then Atorvastatin which has been perfect. My blood panel numbers are now right down the middle."

Bayer had put out a cholesterol lowering drug and it did kill some people. Took it off the market right away.

My husband was put on Lipitor (Atorvastatin) many, many years ago, then when other Statins came out his doctor switched him several times. That is when he started haveing problems getting out of cars and chairs. Doctor finally put him back on the Atorvastatin, but in my book the damage had been done. Also it never prevented him from having blocked arteries.

My LDL (bad) Cholesterol levels has always been high. My HDL (good) have always been low, so my doctor wanted me on Statins. I told her no way. Just a few weeks ago I had my blood work done and my bad cholosterol was only 1 point over the range and my good cholesterol for the first time was several points over the range. I laughed and told my doctor I had been eating eggs and bacon almost every day sometimes twice a day. LOL!!

You sound like me. My bone density test came back and I went up in my numbers. They told me what ever I was doing certainly keep it up. Unusual to go up at my age. Spunky...I don't take the calcium tablets my doctors have always pushed. When people ask me if I take the tablets I always shake my head up and down.

My daugheter is taking me since I don’t drive more than about 100 miles a year if that lol... She likes the old guys too, so she will want to hang out for a while also. They are also very happy to have a 22 year old blonde hanging out with them.

Here’s a pic of 3 of my kids on my daughters wedding tolley ride to North Beach. The one in the wedding dress is my doctor, the guy she’s yelling at is my youngest son at WY University and the girl in the yellow dress is the one taking me who is as of last Friday a certified teacher now.

Just what is in my Centrum Silver daily vitamim. I do eat a bananna a day for extra potassium as my doctor says it’s not enough in the daily vitamin for someone with RSD.

My Doc has ordered some blood work to be done.
They are checking the calcium and magnesium levels and so on.
He is hoping to do something like your vitamin regimen once the tests come back.
It’s a tough thing to have to live with, eh?

Just be sure that they tell you to take Calcium Citrate, my first doctor gave me plain Calcium which made my stomache ill and did nothing. Second doctor one I am still with since the end of 1999 gave me the right one, after 4 or 5 years he learned that Vitamin K was extremely important to break it down so it worked better and faster. It’s a lot of hit or miss as to what will work or won’t. Just be open to testing, it has been a God send to me after many trials and errors. I am sure like me you have gone through the days of I can’t do this anymore, but you do and somehow life goes on, You make another day because people are counting on you to make that next day.
