How did he manage to stay so calm? IMO, it’s because he KNOWS WHAT’S COMING. He knows that all of the attackers are going down. He’s like an adult in a room full of toddlers. They can throw all the tantrums they want to, but they are powerless in the face of facts and reality.
I think Barr knows it’s just a matter of time, that he needs to participate in this step of the process, and he’s not going to screw up by losing his cool. I think the derps know it’s just a matter of time and they are panicking.

That's what I thought. He was talking to them very patiently, explaining things like he was dealing with a 2-year old in the midst of a temper tantrum.
