Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I thought Mueller was suggesting the criteria for charging a case of obstruction in law. My point was the Dem controlled HOR wouldn’t let a little thing like law to stop them from impeaching for something like that.

Actually it said no US person was involved with colluding with Russian government backed groups (paraphrasing). Could be non government backed groups

Perhaps they were not colluding, which I think is not a crime. Someone certainly DID collude with the Brits and New Zealanders to damage Trump.
Or perhaps “the U.S. persons” committed some other crime, like failing to register as the agent of a foreign power “Podesta persons.
Perhaps the statement was a misdirection intended to put the criminals at ease. (Maybe?)
We wait to see what the IG and Huber have, and what they do with Nunes’ referals.

I think the “no US person” means “in or connected to the Trump campaign”. REmember there are 12 indictments from the Mueller investigation that are not public, AND not connected to Trump.
