Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

RBG speaks at 20, so it verifies that she is alive, but it also provides proof to my theory that she is only a brain floating inside a jar now.
I think most people would be fine with an 85 year old Justice who just completed surgery to be in a wheelchair. Whatever is wrong with her is much much worse.
Maybe in a bed with breathing tubes? Perhaps absolutely wasting away? Or like I suggested before, she is a brain in a jar.
Honestly, Mueller could have demanded perfection and surely did so, but that bunch doing the street work would have read it as code for anything but convincing. It would have taken something Big to hold these horses.
Could Rosenstein have Qslipped Mueller some bit of “Qovert” counsel... that they or their wives, or the spouses of this entire Team, were falling under investigation threats, by say, Huber? How about IG Horowitz?

I hear her speaking, is there something more we’re supposed to pick up on like she misstated something... I thought that at one time. I don’t think she sounds dramatically different than when I’ve otherwise heard her but does sound like her words are slurring at times. She’s focused on the race of jurors in the case.
That makes sense, having an “oh that was just politics” face once it’s out and they know what follows. They need “composure” face for looking “normal” while/if they’re enacting escape plans...
Actually, a lot of CIA and FBI types live further out, in what was more boondocks/sticks there when I was a teenager. Out in Burke, Fairfax Station, Clifton areas...

Not enough to prove anything, but an interesting comparison.
I expect a “forensic audio expert” or some such might have more to say on the topic.
