Definitely a good age to pick up T'ai chi ch'üan.

Our reflexes and strength are not what they once were, but it is possible to parry a punch before it is thrown, strike the opening before it exists.

This is the way 90 year old masters defeat the young "buff" opponents ... that, and sensing their imbalance in every movement.

You should check again, at your age you could earn a billion dollars and your SS would remain. The income restrictions disappear in your 60s.

No restriction on working. Up to a certain income you pay no tax on Social Security, but make more and you will!
