Definitely a good age to pick up T'ai chi ch'üan.

Our reflexes and strength are not what they once were, but it is possible to parry a punch before it is thrown, strike the opening before it exists.

This is the way 90 year old masters defeat the young "buff" opponents ... that, and sensing their imbalance in every movement.

Commercial break over for my future school. :)

And Chi gong, too (Chi kung, whatever...). I need to start doing it again, used to. There are many forms, the one I learned helps with balance, mental focus, and strength, especially legs, and helps spine too.
