“BULK DATA” #2938 (and past drops #1974, #2787 and #2043)

PART ONE OF FOUR- #1974

Post #2938 contained the term “BULK DATA,” which I propose to examine as it appears in previous drops. This will be a four part series. [For those short on time and want the high points, there is a summary at the end! :-D]

But before delving into the past drops, following is the relevant portion of the #2938 which provides current context to our study:

FROM #2938:
“…Paper trail of the CHAIN OF COMMAND & umbrella spy metadata?
If not tasked & targeted under FVEY - what legal authority existed to engage the targeting?
Think Nunes’ statement “not through normal collection, gathering, and reporting/oversight re: (FVEY).”
Did the dossier provide the ‘bulk data’ anchor for the spy campaign?
What entity paid for the ‘research’ dossier?
Opposition candidate?
What US Ally completed the collection of false data?…”

This term, “Bulk Data,” has appeared a few times among the drops, and I have been curious about it for some time. It appears that we are getting more information about it. However, I have been surprised to see, when looking back, at just how much info on it we actually had. Q was right: “You have more than you know.”

This drop makes the case that if the data brought before a FISA / FISC is false, then the dossier is baseless. Furthermore, why is Mueller still special counsel?:

“If the FAKE Steele Dossier constituted the ‘bulk’ of the ‘facts submitted’ to FISC to obtain FISA warrant(s) against POTUS….
Dossier dismissed as FAKE/BASELESS.
If Mueller was appointed as SC based on the Dossier - and the Dossier was proven to be FAKE/DISINFORMATION - and the Dossier was proven to be the ‘bulk’ of the information submitted to FISC in order to obtain the warrants (+FISA signers ‘pre-mediated’ neglect to disclose the actual FACTS (lied to)) - then how is Mueller still SC?”

Q then goes on to make a point which I had entirely missed upon reading it previously, that Barack Obama figures into this. Q sketches the clear picture:

“BO never called to testify re: Mueller?
Mueller investigating ‘Russian Collusion’?
Why would Mueller not contact BO?
BO was the ‘BACKCHANNEL’ between FBI/DOJ & STEELE.”

WHOA!!! Q IS STATING THAT BO, BARACK OBAMA, WAS THE BACK CHANNEL HIMSELF BETWEEN FBI/DOJ AND STEELE!!!!!!

Q then goes on to explain that Mueller did not “seek testimony.” Of Obama. Testimony not sought because Mueller’s was an IMPEACHMENT of DJT operation.

Q then goes through the structure that even if the House impeaches, there is still the Senate to get through.

“Why wouldn’t Mueller seek testimony?
Mueller: Impeach POTUS operation?
If impeachment is the goal via retake House (midterms), does it still not require a 2/3 vote in the Senate?”

Then Q asks us about the FISA and what will the 4th warrant disclose? I’m guessing, is it the signatures of who all were involved in the Cabal of Treason? Those signatures were hinted at in #1928 which was reposted in #2107. I do not recall what our other decodes of the [20] brought up, but all of this is making me think that the POTUS and Q are getting ready to answer these questions with DECLAS!

[FWIW, #1928 - reposted in #2107 - also references “FISA [20].” While this drop #2107 does not contain the term “Bulk Data” it could nevertheless be a contributor in understanding to #2938 and 1974. If you are tracing out the context of the “[20]” reference, you can also view #1794 and #1816. Usage of [20] seems to always be in context of “FISA.”]

Q musta done a cut and paste from the document. The PDF OCR converted James B. Comey to James 8. Corney. Try it... Paste the docuement into Notepad and thats what comes out.

PART TWO - #2787

In this four part series, because of the recent drop with the phrase “Bulk Data,” in #2938, we are examining three previous drops containing “Buik Data” to see if we can discern a clearer pattern.

This drop #2787, opens with a tweet from James Woods about the travesty we are witnessing:

If these actions were directed against a sitting Democrat president, this would be a Watergate level story in the national media by now. Was there an attempt by an acting DAG to weaponize the DOJ in a presidential coup d’etàt?”

Q replies with:

“Attempt to isolate @ FBI/DOJ?
Do you believe the FBI/DOJ acted alone?”

Well, now here is an echo from Part One, in our examination of #1974. Apparently, there was an attempt to isolate the FBI/DOJ. We know this because the Cabal in highest offices of the two were using means of communication and bringing information into their processes by highly unusual means, not provided for in their regulations and procedures.

But this is interesting also because Q here is saying FBI / DOJ DID NOT ACT ALONE!

We saw previously that Q stated/hinted that BO was the backchannel between FBI/DOJ and Steele. Furthermore from the recent #2938, we see the element of the Five Eyes participation - not only Steele as a former British operative.

Now, in this #2787, Q explains the participation of Hillary - and other actors. Other actors include elements of the MSM/online news services:

“If HRC directed & financed the ‘dossier’ in order to obtain the ‘bulk’ so-called evidence in order to generate circular news articles (think Yahoo!) and obtain a FISC sign-off, is it reasonable to think that members of the INTEL APPARATUS, STATE DEPT, WH, FOREIGN ALLIES, ETC. were also involved?

NEVER his fault nor does he have culpability for ANYTHING.

I’m not sure what Q is saying in this drop.

However, Christopher Steele recently testified that he was paid by HRC/Campaign to put together the dossier, and that the purpose was so that she could challenge the election.

In addition, he will be standing trial this fall, on defamation charges IIRC.

Could there be individual plaintiffs suing for violation of privacy or civil rights or something?

Like I said. I dunno.
