If F = *Foreign* = do treason & sedition? = NO

In my original analysis, I thought that was the ONLY flaw in my argument.

That internal debate led me to conclude that the INTERNAL CIVIL WAR that Q was describing involved Treason and Sedition by US citizens, and part of the reason was the US citizen colluding with corrupt heads of agencies both foreign and domestic.

I am much more convinced (or am I?) by the other context of Q's use of [F+D]

Plane fags: watch for private planes headed for Paraguay.

Miami to Asuncion is 3,818 miles. W bought a large ranch of about 298,840 acres (about 467 square miles) in the Chaco region (northern) of Paraguay. It seems to include a lot of water rights- about 8,900 cubic miles of water quoted. W seems to have been planning on controlling a significant amount of the world's fresh water supply. Droughts? Hmmm

The land, near the town of Chaco, sits atop huge natural gas reserves, according to sources in Asuncion.

Moreover, the land deal was consummated in a dinner meeting between Bush's daughter Jenna and Paraguayan President Nicanor Duarte.

This all still seems very innocent on the surface, but now let's add the five hundred U.S. troops that arrived in Paraguay with planes, weapons and ammunition in July 2005, shortly after the Paraguayan Senate granted U.S. troops immunity from national and International Criminal Court jurisdiction. Neighboring countries and human rights organizations are concerned the massive air base at Mariscal Estigarribia, Paraguay is potential real estate for the U.S. military.
