No. The bill stifles free speech (only conservative speech), just like the anti-human speech laws of our universities, and the commie/musloid controlled nations, like Canada, UK, Sweden, France, Germany, etc.

With most legislation, it is impossible for a normal person to tell whether it’s good or bad. The worst bills get the most positive-sounding names. And vice versa.
Maybe the upside is that it further exposes the left/DS game plan.
