Since it’s at Mar a Lago from April 2017, this would probably be considered a ‘temporary SCIF’. By now, I’m sure they have built a permanent, hardened facility for POTUS there.

No cell phones or personal electronic devices allowed.

Permanent facilities will have full secure comms (computers, phones, video conference, etc.). They’ll also be hardened against various types of surveillance.

**As a sidenote, if you read the Q&A from the Beast’s minions back during the email ‘matter’...Hillary’s office at State Dept was a SCIF. She routinely brought in her personal, unsecured, cell phones because it was too much of a hassle to walk out of her office and use her phone(s). Highly ILLEGAL (and stupid). “Smartest woman in the world”. Pish.

Personal phones, computers, and other communications devices are absolutely FORBIDDEN without the SSO's express permission (which ain't happening).

As noted above, the President can legally wave any of these restrictions as they are done in his name.
