1) You must be verified by the SSO (Security Officer) as having the appropriate clearance.
2) Generally TS/SCI and read on to the relevant compartment(s).
3) Yes but VERY stringent precautions must be put in place to conceal the nature and subject of the work generally performed in the SCIF.
4) Possibly. It depends on the purpose of the meeting and the nature of the SCIF.
5) Ditto.
6) Possible but highly unlikely. It would require command approval and the SSO would have to be deceived or approve. If improper, this is cause for IMMEDIATE removal from the program and firing for cause for ALL involved.

:: verified by the SSO (Security Officer) ::
What is the typical reporting authority of the SSO for a Congressional SCIF?
If that authority figure is part of a SCIF meeting, can that authority have the SSO stand-down at any point?
Q is thus calling Ohumma a traitor for this breach- alone.??
I saw a picture with Pres. Trump in a SCIF here:
There are no laptops or phones in sight.
Are those things forbidden ?
do they have signal jamming going on ?
thanx.
