Chicago police have photos of people they'd like to talk to in the case involving "Empire" actor Jussie Smollett, who was the victim of what police are investigating as a possible hate crime.
Investigators have located a surveillance camera that shows people who are now wanted for questioning, Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement on Twitter. Detectives had not yet found still images or video of the actual incident as of late Tuesday evening, police told CNN.

I wonder if U.S. Army parachute riggers still wear their red hats on load out ramps and drop zones, or has the red hat become so politically incorrect that it has been replaced with another color?

It has been replaced with “neutral”, it’s not even called a color, because the word “color” could possibly offend somebody.
The Chicago police can't be serious. Sure they want to talk to these two shadowy figures but who are they? What do they look like? What are their descriptions?
Give the public some facts instead of just an unfocused surveillance photo of two figures in this photo. You can't tell if they're white, black, hispanic, asian or aliens from another planet from this grainy photo. You can't tell anything from this photo except they don't look like they're wearing red MAGA hats in the bitter cold.
Who in their right mind would take the time in the middle of a bitterly cold night to commit a "hate" crime? If these two persons did anything, do the police think they are just going to come forward and turn themselves in?
Looking more and more like it is not a hate crime but instead a made-up crime by the "victim" for cover for some other incident or to garner sympathy and publicity.
Where's the Beef? Show us some red meat or chalk this one up to a false report.
