Female soldier says she can “whoop any Marine,” gets knocked out by infantry Marine

A cocky female Soldier who thought she could “whoop any Marine” at her Forward Operating Base in Iraq was given a lesson in what a real boxing match looks like- and was a sore loser afterward.

A video shows the female Soldier -who allegedly said she could beat any Marine at the Iraq-based FOB- square up against a male US Marine, who seemed more than comfortable taking her on.

The Soldier learned a valuable lesson that day, though it isn’t known how much of that lesson was retained after the Marine knocked her around like a ragdoll.

My problem with the current culture is that it encourages women to initiate physical altercations with men. Many men react accordingly, doing real physical damage to the women and get arrested as a result. Men will usually treat women like ladies, but slapping and hitting by the woman changes the formula.
I also blame Hollywood for this s**t. It’s kinda like all these heroes jumping through glass windows without a scratch, when the reality is you can be cut so badly you’ll bleed out in less than 10 minutes.

You also have the current culture, especially including TV and movies, indicating women are allowed to hit men in response to feeling insulted or disrespected. I think this should be strongly discouraged in women and girls, because they WILL encounter men who will hit back.

And to those who say “Well, we need to train men not to hit women, even if the woman hits first”, I respond that women can’t control what every man in the world will do. She only has the ability to control HERSELF, to avoid such situations.

Ditto for tennis. The best woman tennis players in the world practice against men. One of them (I don’t remember which one) said that the 100th ranked man in professional tennis could beat the best of the women 90% of the time.

The women's Olympic hockey team gets practice by competing against high school boys teams. And loses often.

In chess, there has never been a single female world champion and just 1% of Grand Masters are women.

I remember reading about where a girl TKOd a boy in a kickboxing match back in the 1990s, and also in the 1990s a case where an Army girl won against an Army boy in a boxing tournament. Then there were some other less legitimate M vs F contests, but its just a rare thing when it happens. I think the above wins were in the lighter weights, much like you see happen in those high school M vs F wrestling matches that sometimes occur. But you figure when you get over 140-150 pounds or so the biological differences are just far too much.
